
Helen has a wealth of experience from being a long time personal trainer at the YMCA, she has seen firsthand how tailored fitness programs & Pilates can cater to varying needs and goals. As a fitness trainer for several years at Conestoga College training the Police Foundation, Fire Fighters and Paramedics she has has encountered and trained many types of individuals to continue their careers. Helen is a Canfitpro Certified Trainer and a Pilates Instructor Certified through Body Harmonics. With all this skill, she will be able to help you as well through your journey into better fitness and well being.
The studio is a welcoming and supportive space where we spend time together to focus on your fitness goals. We have weights, props, mats, towels and water available......so just bring your enthusiasm and excitement for a healthy journey.

With years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a certified Pilates teacher dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness goals. My approach combines traditional Pilates techniques with modern training methods to enhance your strength and flexibility.
